Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage electronic payment systems and ensure timely processing
- Collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time
- Conduct month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing high-volume payment processing (1000+ invoices monthly)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of international payment regulations and tax compliance
