Responsibilities
- End-to-end invoice processing, verification, and payment reconciliation for 500+ vendors
- Optimize A/P workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with international teams across North America
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years A/P experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, 4 days/week)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
