Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
