Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle accounts payable process, including the accurate coding, matching, and posting of invoices.
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and communicate directly with vendors to resolve payment issues.
- Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure 100% accuracy of accounts.
- Prepare and process weekly ACH and wire transfers for timely vendor payments.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and account reconciliation.
- Maintain and update vendor master files and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors before they impact the financial statements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor negotiation.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
