Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Conduct three-way matching and invoice verification
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Lead month-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Implement AP process improvements using ERP systems
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong negotiation skills with vendor management
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
