Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with audit coordination
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial modeling initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational financial decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
