- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Perform month-end closing activities and reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using NetSuite and Concur systems
- Analyze payment trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with global finance teams on cross-functional projects
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation a plus
- Expertise in 3-way matching and invoice auditing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Experience with international payment processing and tax compliance
