Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize invoice approval workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and tax compliance
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or Oracle Financials
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert-level Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Proven experience in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
