Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and manage vendor payment cycles using SAP and Oracle systems
- Conduct 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain 99.8% vendor satisfaction rate
- Optimize AP workflows through automation initiatives using RPA tools
- Prepare month-end closing reports and support internal/external audits
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Expertise in invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and tax compliance
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
