Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to general ledger monthly
- Optimize invoice processing using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Implement process improvements for cycle time reduction
- Prepare month-end closing reports and audit documentation
- Lead cross-departmental AP initiatives with procurement and treasury teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP and Oracle ERP implementation experience
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with 3-way matching and audit compliance
- Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations
