Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks in QuickBooks and Excel
- Support audit procedures including documentation and evidence gathering
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Conduct basic tax compliance and filing support
- Participate in client meetings to understand financial operations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
