Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (150+ daily) and ensure timely payment within net-30 terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Manage employee expense reports with rigorous audit protocols
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and fraud prevention protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing vendor relationships
