Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor invoice verification and three-way matching
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP reconciliation
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and SAP
- Train junior AP staff on compliance procedures
- Conduct regular audits for internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite/SAP financial modules
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong vendor management experience
