Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and promoting financial products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy
- Assist with new account openings and financial product education
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
