Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients by answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Cross-sell bank products and services while maintaining compliance with regulations
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
- Uphold strict security protocols and confidential customer data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software systems
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
