Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations for 500+ vendors
- Process high-volume invoice reconciliation and payment cycles
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP)
- Conduct quarterly audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with high-volume exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Certification (e.g., CAPP, APICS) strongly preferred
- Experience with 3-way matching and international payments
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
