Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize payment workflows using NetSuite and SAP systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor terms and payment negotiations
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Prepare monthly AP reports for financial analysis
- Train junior staff on AP procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Expertise in NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
