Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies exceeding $10K
- Lead month-end closing procedures and financial reporting initiatives
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Train junior AP staff on compliance protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with tax department for sales tax compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- ERP system expertise (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and international payments
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
