Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency using bank-provided equipment
- Provide exceptional service to account holders including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions using provided digital tools
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Utilize bank-provided CRM system to document customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in using banking software and digital equipment
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
