Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize invoice approval workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Process international payments and handle currency conversions
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Analyze payment data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong understanding of 3-way matching and SOX compliance
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
