Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, validation, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement and optimize AP workflows using SAP and Oracle systems
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor management strategies
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze spend patterns and recommend cost-saving initiatives
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with 3-way matching and audit preparation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
