Responsibilities
- Process and audit invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable workflow using SAP/Oracle.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues professionally.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
