Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Assist with month-end closing processes and audit preparations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Develop financial reports for executive leadership review
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance (AZ & TX)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
