Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Coordinate with procurement on 3-way matching for POs
- Manage tax compliance for multi-state vendor payments
- Analyze aging reports to prevent late payment penalties
- Mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in high-volume accounts payable management
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of sales tax regulations
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and PO systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication with vendors and internal teams
