Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage vendor communications and payment terms optimization
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes
- Implement AP automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of high-volume AP processing in tech or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations and 1099 processing
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in urgent environments
