Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment within Net 30 terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies through systematic investigation
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices in SAP system
- Oversee employee expense reimbursements and T&E card processing
- Assist with month-end closing activities including accruals and reconciliations
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Train junior staff on AP procedures and system utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with ERP system proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- SAP or Oracle certification strongly preferred
- Experience with international payment processing and multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication for vendor negotiations and internal collaboration
