Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all journal entries are properly recorded.
- Process payroll documentation and tax filings under supervision.
- Perform regular audits of financial documents and expense reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
