Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Utilize accounting software (like QuickBooks or Xero) to track transactions.
- Perform data entry and audit support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a strong plus.
- No prior accounting experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over pedigree.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
