Responsibilities
- Manage complex accounts payable/receivable cycles for 100+ clients
- Reconcile multi-entity financial statements monthly
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership
- Oversee payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors during fiscal reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
