Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts monthly
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
- Implement process improvements reducing manual data entry by 30%
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Experience with multi-state tax filing and payroll processing
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor or similar certification
