Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity accounts
- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems
- Collaborate with executive team on financial forecasting and strategy
- Mentor junior accounting staff through knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Optimize financial processes using advanced ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Proven track record of leading complex financial operations
