Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance
- Lead budgeting and variance analysis processes across multiple departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial integration
- Implement process improvements using advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
