Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL reconciliation, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports adhering to GAAP standards
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Oversee audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in month-end closes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
