Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 50+ client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis
- Lead cross-departmental financial projects
- Maintain GAAP compliance and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation (individual/corporate)
