Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Coordinate external audit requirements and tax compliance
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for budget forecasting
- Implement process improvements in accounting workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
