Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring strict accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing necessary information for tax filings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
