Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for senior leadership
- Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with multi-state accounting operations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
