Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead budget forecasting and variance analysis for departmental initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews and implement control improvements
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Develop financial models supporting strategic business decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with VBA knowledge
