Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and the general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with management to improve internal controls and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
