Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate daily, monthly, and year-end financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance analysis, and operational budgets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Conduct internal audits and reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audit schedules and tax documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
