Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Experience with payroll processing is a significant plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
