Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support annual budgets and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning and capital allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Index/Match, Macros).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
