Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for key business units.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
- Develop complex financial models to support capital expenditure decisions and investment proposals.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and C-Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
