Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts reconciliation processes for banking, credit cards, and investments
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Streamline accounting workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support external audits and tax compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
