- Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations (FL, GA, AL)
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and benefits administration
- Generate payroll reports and audit trails
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with exceptional service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
