Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and KPI dashboards
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for multiple business units
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for capital projects and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Lead financial audits and ensure SOX compliance across all processes
- Create executive-level presentations summarizing financial performance trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
