Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate financial data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and budget reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions) and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
