Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process with precision and speed.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance reports, and budgets.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all financial transactions for audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
