Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Process and verify high-volume invoices (3-way match) with 100% accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies or inquiries promptly.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the ERP system (SAP/Oracle).</li><li>Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and aging schedules to management.</li><li>Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and billing questions.</li><li>Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures and audits.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with company policies and GAAP accounting standards.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).</li><li>Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently in a night shift environment.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>
