Responsibilities
- Manage monthly/quarterly financial reporting cycles and ensure GAAP compliance
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors during annual financial audits
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports for stakeholders
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax withholdings
- Develop and implement internal financial controls
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Washington state tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial statement preparation
